Melons!

The first day of school wasn't the most traditional as we made our way down to the greenhouse of Creighton University to harvest and enjoy some watermelon! A single fruit yielded hundreds of seeds and has an outer covering thick enough and strong enough to withstand the persistent chipmunks that tried to eat the fruit.
